Field questions

On softer clears HVY may finish down acceptably, but the system intent is HVY for cut, then MediumCut/MirrorGlaze for refinement, plan two steps minimum on inspection-grade work.

A modern low-dust emulsion: body-shop safe and silicone-free, so it will not contaminate paint booths.

Three to four pea-sized beads per 50 cm section; over-dosing slows the cut and gums the pad.

Blow or brush the pad every set, a loaded pad caps cut rate and heats the panel.
